Exploring the Basic Idea of Social Threefolding

In a series of five 60-minute online sessions, offered free of charge, we will explore Rudolf Steiner’s social ideas – called social threefolding – which offer us hope at this time of social confusion.

This webinar series is designed for beginners, although everyone is welcome to attend.

A threefold society was first proposed by Rudolf Steiner during and after World War I. The basic idea is to separate our current society into three independent and autonomous members: economic, state (government), and culture.

Each one-hour session starts at 10/11am Hawaiian | 1pm Pacific | 4pm Eastern | 9/10pm Central European time:

• Sun 26 Oct – The Idea of Social Threefolding
• Sun 02 Nov – Reimagining Our Economic Life**
• Sun 09 Nov – Reimagining Our Rights Life
• Sun 16 Nov – Reimagining Our Cultural Life
• Sun 23 Nov – Imagining a Threefold Society

** All sessions begin at 4pm Eastern time. The first session on Sunday 26 October starts at 10am Hawaiian time and 9pm Central European time. However, because of the end of daylight savings time, the second and all subsequent sessions will start at 11am Hawaiian time and 10pm Central European time.

Each session will consist of a combination of presentations, facilitated discussions, and practical applications – aimed at imagining what a future threefold society might be like.

Note that sessions will be recorded for training purposes – and will not be shared or published.
