Video #01 – A New Social Architecture

The Fragmentation of Society: Modern society is fracturing because individuals have fundamentally different, often conflicting, life experiences – for instance, regarding the impacts of inflation – making it impossible to agree on problems or solutions through a traditional political lens.
The Living Social Fabric: Like a natural ecosystem, human society is a highly complex, interconnected web of feedback loops – where education, labour, prices, and healthcare constantly shape one another – so centralized systems and patchwork fixes cannot work.
The Three Distinct Areas: To navigate this complexity, we can view social life as having three separate areas: 1) the Economic Life, driven by material needs and mutual service; 2) the Rights Life, governed by law, fairness, and equality; and 3) the Cultural Life, centred on individual talents, education, and inner freedom.
The Path to Decentralization: Rather than forcing these three unique areas under a single, centralized unitary state – a structural form inherited from past monarchies – true societal health requires a grassroots movement toward decentralization, where each area operates with its own autonomy.

The Illusion of Fiat Money: Today, national currencies are abstract tokens backed only by governments and central banks, leaving individuals vulnerable to an inflationary “wage-price spiral” that completely obscures the real economic relationships of mutual human service.
Asset-Based Community Credits: Social threefolding introduces a stable currency system – such as local “threefold dollars” issued against future production by grassroots financial communities. This money tracks real economic capacity and disappears when goods are consumed, completely bypassing centralized political control.
Separating Labour from Price: True economic health requires removing human labour from the economy entirely. Labour is a democratic rights relation regulated by the voting public, meaning workers are treated as rightful peers who receive a share in company revenue, rather than an arbitrary market price paid for their labour.
The Role of Economic Associations: Rather than relying on a state-controlled command economy or an exploitative laissez-faire market, economic associations, consisting of representatives of producers, distributors, and consumers rationally balance production to align prices with actual human needs, thereby stabilizing incomes.

The Trap of the Unified State: Contemporary governments have grown into bloated, all-encompassing structures that attempt to run schools, healthcare, and the economy –ultimately leading to political corruption that erodes our fundamental rights and liberties.
The True Purpose of Law: In a threefold society, the democratic state is stripped of its centralized monopoly and is restricted to governing only what all adult citizens can judge equally – such as legal rights, civil liberties, and regulatory boundaries.
The Private-Social Ownership Model: To solve the housing and land crises, property and real estate are completely removed from speculative markets through a “private-social’ framework. Local communities legally own productive property titles to prevent exploitation, private managers retain the free initiative to run and benefit from operations.
Separation of Powers: By isolating the democratic rights-state from both the economic life and the cultural life, politicians lose the power to interfere in commerce or control culture – restoring the state’s true role of offering protection and ensuring fairness, dignity, and justice.

The Stifling of the Creative Spirit: Contemporary education, media, and scientific research are heavily controlled by state agendas and corporate funding, which forces intellectual conformity and suffocates the free, creative human spirit needed for true social evolution.
Autonomy for Cultural Institutions: To reclaim absolute independence, the Cultural Life – including schools, universities, healthcare systems, and media networks – must operate as a self-governing realm that answers only to the principle of inner freedom, entirely separate from political and economic power.
Vouchers for Freedom of Choice: A public voucher system allows people to direct public tax funds to the independent learning or healthcare institutions of their choice, ensuring access to quality cultural resources – independently of wealth or income – without letting the state control the curriculum or medical consensus.
Finite Profit Shares and Gift Money: Instead of conventional equity shares, investors could acquire profit shares that expire after a certain period. Upon expiry, the corresponding profit share is legally converted into a “social share” – into unconditional gift money. This profit share bypasses government taxation to directly fund schools and hospitals, creating a positive symbiosis between economy and a healthy, well-educated workforce.

The Organic Social Ecosystem: Society is a living organism rather than a machine – meaning patchwork fixes like rent-control policies or corporate bailouts will always fail to repair what is in fact, a whole ecosystem.
The Integrating Role of the Individual: Decentralizing society into three autonomous realms does not lead to fragmentation – because individual citizens serve as the connecting links by participating in all three areas on a daily basis.
Reimagining Land, Labour, and Capital: Structural social health requires removing land and labour from economic markets, allowing competent managers to use capital and run enterprises freely, while democratic community groups protect against social harm.
A Grassroots Call to Action: Realizing a threefold society depends on a conscious awakening of social will, beginning with personal education via resources like the Core Points Podcast and advancing through word-of-mouth community building.
